shipping method. Any additional charges, including customs duties or
taxes, will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

3.1. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time will be provided during the checkout process based on the selected shipping method and the shipping destination.
3.2. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that the estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. External factors, such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or unforeseen events, may affect the actual delivery date.
4. Tracking and Order Status
4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmationemail containing the tracking number and a link to track your package’sprogress.
4.2. You can also log in to your Truetech.co.za account to view the statusof your order, including tracking information, if available.
5. Delivery Attempts and Non-Delivery
5.1. Our shipping partners will attempt delivery of your package to the provided shipping address. If no one is available to receive the package, a delivery attempt notice may be left, providing instructions for rescheduling the delivery or collecting the package from a designated pickup point.
5.2. If a package is not successfully delivered and is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-shipment.
5.3. In the event of non-delivery or delayed delivery due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or disruptions in transportation services, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly and provide updates to the customer.
6. Order Cancellations and Modifications
6.1. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible. However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
7. Customer Responsibility
7.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. Truetech.co.za will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
7.2 Customers that Opt in to our collection centre must note that collection period happen between 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and we are closed on Saturdays & Sundays.
